It is hereby informed that the Practitioners, who have not yet Renewed their Certificate within the due date of 31. 03. 2007 have to renew their Certificate within this Month directly to the Council office or by post only. If your Certificate is unrenewed, it will cause the Cancellation of your name from the Council's Record Book and you will stop your practice immediately. The Council will bear no responsibility for your practice hazards. Here to say that the Council will not be liable by any means if you submit the Renewal fees to any other Person or Institution except the Council and your Certificate remains unrenewed.

For more than 2 years unrenewed you have to pay a Concessional Charge of Rs. 1575 (One thousand five hundred seventy five only) within 15 days after receiving this letter.
